The people behind your care at Teótl 108.

Carolina Urista

Carolina Urista

Founder · Licensed Massage Therapist · Licensed Esthetician

Carolina created Teótl 108 from the belief that wellness shouldn't require us to separate ourselves into pieces. Skin, muscles, stress, movement, environment, and the way we experience our bodies are interconnected—and she believes our care can be, too.

With a background in massage therapy, esthetics, education, and spa management, Carolina brings a whole-person perspective to her work. Her approach is about meeting people where they are, listening to what their body is communicating, and creating a space where they can reconnect with themselves.

Rob Peden

Rob Peden

Co-Owner · Licensed Massage Therapist

Rob brings an intentional, problem-solving approach to massage therapy. Rather than focusing only on where discomfort is felt, he follows patterns throughout the body, using targeted techniques such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and working with referred pain to address where discomfort may actually be originating.

His approach is also influenced by his Daoist philosophy and its emphasis on balance, connection, and the relationship between the parts and the whole. His sessions are thoughtful and purposeful—following the pattern rather than simply chasing the pain.

Our wellness team

Bob Beechner

Licensed Massage Therapist

Bob brings an analytical, technique-focused approach to massage therapy, looking beyond the immediate area of discomfort to understand how different parts of the body may be contributing to it. His work combines targeted therapeutic techniques with elements of sports massage to address tension, movement, and function.

Hailey Manglona

Licensed Massage Therapist

Hailey brings an attentive, whole-person approach to massage, adapting each session to what the client and their body need that day. Her style combines relaxation and therapeutic bodywork with elements of sports massage, allowing her to move between restorative care and more focused work when needed.

Leslie Monigold

Licensed Massage Therapist

Leslie's work has a strong sports-massage influence, with an emphasis on targeted bodywork for movement, mobility, and muscular tension. Her sessions are especially suited to clients looking for focused therapeutic work, whether they're active, dealing with areas of persistent tension, or simply prefer a more sports-oriented approach.

Monica

Licensed Esthetician · Sound Bowl Facilitator

Monica brings a calm, nurturing presence to Teótl through both skincare and sound. As an esthetician, her approach centers on thoughtful, personalized care that supports each client's skin while creating space to slow down and reset.

She also currently leads Teótl's Wednesday sound bowl sessions, extending her work beyond the treatment room through sound, stillness, and shared experience.
